Most patients feel minimal to no pain. The needles are very thin, much finer than those used for injections.

- Wear loose, comfortable clothing:This allows easy access to acupuncture points.

Your acupuncturist will conduct a thorough evaluation, including a medical history review and physical examination. The treatment involves the insertion of needles, which will be left in place for about 20-30 minutes.

Pain Management:

  • Chronic Pain: Migraines, neck and back pain, tendonitis, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis.

  • Other Pain: Tennis elbow, knee pain, peri-arthritis of the shoulder, sprains, facial pain, TMJ, headache, dental pain.
